Make a new file that is square (this example uses 80*80 pixels). Fill it
with any color. |

Draw a bunch of lines in the square. |

Select FILTER/OTHER/OFFSET and enter in 1/2 of the width or length (40
for this example). And then select WRAP AROUND. |

Now click on FILTER/NOISE/DUST & SCRATCHES. Radius = 5 and Threshold
= 0. |

Now click on FILTER/NOISE/ADD NOISE and type between 25-45. |

Save the background and you're done. Look at the results below. Note: If
you still notice a seam, repeat steps 3 & 5. This should get rid of any excess seams. |
